When I first started Personal Training sessions with 365Motivate I hadn’t done any training before. My goals were to strengthen my back and core and to increase my muscle mass. I have definitely achieved that. Training has now become a big part of my life – I train five days a week, training twice a week with Lucy and 3 sessions of Muay Thai. I am feeling so much fitter and stronger.
I have learnt to bench press, squat, lunge, deadlift and row, as well as many other exercises. I feel confident in the gym knowing that my form is correct and what each exercise is doing.
My Personal Training sessions provide structure, a challenge and progression – Lucy checks in with me to reevaluate my goals to make sure the programme is hitting my new targets. As well as improving my strength and learning exercise technique, I have also lost 1 1/2 stone. I would recommend Personal Training with 365Motivate as I always enjoy my sessions and am feeling great.
