I started Personal Training with Lucy in 2018 with the goal to improve my fitness and lose weight. I wanted to not only focus on fat loss, but to learn to maintain my weight once I hit my goal. I also wanted to feel stronger and fitter.
I had to stop training in February 2019 due to a bad illness. I was lucky enough to pull through and started back training this year. Due to my illness, I gained weight and lost all muscle and fitness. Since starting my training back up again with 365, I have lost just over 2 1/2 stone, I have dropped 2 dress sizes and I feel so much fitter and happier.
I can now run 10 km without stopping and I can do press ups which I couldn’t before. Lucy has given me so much more confidence. I love my Personal Training sessions – it is my time for myself & to destress. I love training with Lucy, she isn’t just a Personal Trainer but also a good friend. I would certainly recommend anyone to 365Motivate as the help, support and advice given is perfect and Lucy is always there to help give you the boost to stay on track.
