I attended my first Bootcamp in October 2015, and was immediately hooked. My main objective was to become fitter, being on the wrong side of 50 and spending all day sitting at my desk in an office I wanted to increase my fitness levels and general health.

 At 365Motivate Bootcamp the atmosphere is fantastic, I love the constant challenge of pushing my boundaries by completing new exercises and fitness routines.  I was rather conscious of my age and fitness level when attending my first Bootcamp but that was soon banished by the encouraging welcome from Lucy. I was also taken aback by the welcome and support from other team members. I’ve been attending 365Motivate Bootcamp for just over a year and I still love the challenges and team/family atmosphere. No matter what shape, size or age you are everyone is made to feel welcome with constant encouragement and support.

 I thoroughly enjoy attending my weekly PT sessions; I do a joint session with my sister. I have found it extremely motivating to not only increase my fitness levels, but to achieve challenges in the gym – I can now lift much heavier weights and my stamina has improved so much in our circuit training work. I have find that my confidence in general has increased and that training has also been great for destressing, like many people I have a busy lifestyle with work, family and this year in particular planning my wedding, again another goal I achieved dropping a dress size to wear the wedding dress of my dreams!

I would definitely recommend the 365Motivate Bootcamp and Personal Training sessions to anyone looking to achieve a healthy lifestyle, get a confidence boost and to meet new friends!
