I started personal training with Lucy at 365Motivate to improve my fitness and lose weight. My main aim was to reduce down to 13 stones from 14st 6lbs – which I have achieved!
I really enjoy both my 365Motivate Personal Training sessions and 365Motivate bootcamp sessions. The combination of both is fun and keeps me focused. 365Motivate has added structure to my whole routine and has really encouraged me to commit fully to my nutrition and training programme.
Through our training sessions I have managed to shed 2 stone in weight, drop from 26% body fat to 18% and massively improve my strength. I feel so much healthier; far more agile, flexible and strong. I am now able to fit comfortably into a size 32 inch waist pair of trousers something haven’t done since more early 20’s!!
