Lucy is the owner of 365Motivate and delivers an approach to fitness that is balanced, achievable and sustainable. 365Motivate’s main ethos is to encourage a healthy mindset and body through effective training and good nutrition.
Their slogan ‘Target Achieve Maintain’ encapsulates the emphasis on health and not just fast physical results; Lucy says that the reason why she loves her job is the boosts in clients confidence, belief in themselves to achieve, and lastly, impressive physical changes.
Lucy qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and went on to train as an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2013 with Premier Training before undertaking the Nutrition for Health and Fitness course, Kettle Bell Training, Foundation in VIPR Training with Premier Training and Nutrition Coaching Course with LDN Academy. Lucy has always had a keen interest in health and fitness and was a member of Bury Town Ladies Football Club, Bury Running Club, Studio Dance and Fitness and swimming clubs. She is currently enjoying weight training and dancing. Her wide variety of training, both academically and in her own training, inspires her challenging and unique workouts.
Lucy is also an active member of her local community and has volunteered at Primary Schools to help educate the younger generation on fitness & completed an 100 mile cycle in aid of West Suffolk Hospital. Lucy also supports the local Hospice – in total 365Motivate has raised over £8,990 over the past 4 years from organising fitness challenges and fun day events. 365Motivate has won the St Nicholas Hospice Community Award, the St Nicholas Hospice Marketing Award, and in 2019 won the overall St Nicholas Hospice Award for the Hospice Accumulator Challenge by raising the most money that summer.
